2. Dakos (Cretan rusk with grated organic tomatoes and white soft whey cheese mizithra with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil)
3. Apaki (Cured pork smoked over an olive wood fire and slowly roasted in olive oil with wine, thyme honey and wild herbs)
4. Dolmades (Tender vine leave rolls stuffed with rice and Cretan herbs, accompanied by Greek yogurt sauce)
5. Potato Wedges (Freshly cut and pan-fried on an open wood fire in extra virgin olive oil)
6. “Tsigariasto” Slow Cooked Lamb (Slowly cooked in a clay pot with olive oil and herbs in a fire of olive wood (as practiced by the Minoans 3000 years ago)
7. “Skioufichta” Cretan Pasta (Handmade traditional Cretan pasta, cooked with mushrooms and tomato sauce, served with anthotyros)
8. Handmade Sfakiani Flatbread Pita (Thin Cretan pita stuffed with soft white mizithra cheese drizzled served with raw thyme honey.
