Samaria Gorge (Easy Way)

Price 40.00
On the Samaria Gorge (Easy Way) excursion, we drive through the eastern flanks of the White Mountains to the south coast where we reach the village Sfakia. There we take the ferry and sail towards Agia Roumeli. This village marks the southern exit of the gorge. Upon arriving you can start your walk and after 3 kilometers you will reach the entrance of the national park. Following a short walk after your entrance to the Gorge you will meet the narrowest, most spectacular passage. After that you can choose whether to continue a bit more or to go back down again. In this excursion visitors can decide for themselves how far and how long they want to walk. After exploring the Gorge you walk back to Agia Roumeli where you can enjoy a swim, a coffee or some local food. At the end of the day the ferry takes us back to Sfakia where our bus will wait to take us back to the hotels.

The Samaria Gorge is the most popular walk of Crete Island and a great example of beauty of Cretan nature.
